Vertical Tank Manufacturer Profiles

|
Komatsu Land Systems manufactures Vertical Tanks under its Defense and Urban Pacification division. Before building Vertical Tanks, Komatsu Land Systems was one of the worlds leading vendors of heavy construction equipment and industrial transport machines. With the advent of the Vertical Tank platform, the focus of their business switched to the much more lucrative genre of governmental defense contracts.

Goodman Manufacturing produces Vertical Tanks exclusively for the Hai Shi Dao faction. The majority of their designs are geared toward long distance engagements and deployment in mountainous terrain.
Goodman invented the sniper rifle technology optional to the Scare Face series, as well as licensing future iterations of it to other Vertical Tank manufacturers.

Lycoming was the first company to mass produce a combat capable VT platform (the Vitzh) and can thus be credited as the innovators of the platform. Lycoming D.S was initially a manufacturer of conventional tracked armour platforms, a fortuitous engineering exchange program allowed designers from the High Capacity Transport division and the Defense Systems division to collaborate on the Vertical Tank design.
Strangely enough, Lycoming has produced very few 1st or 2nd generation VT designs, instead prefering to specialise in 3rd generation technology development. They are the single largest producer of 3rd generation VT technologies in the world at this time.

WM as a company has always produced specialty attack platforms in lieu of more generalised designs. Their first scout/attack design, the Falchion, was such a success that they went on to build both the Blade and the Rapier light assault platforms for the Pacific Rim Forces. In addition, WM produces the entire line of heavy assault Jaralaccs platforms, highly prized by mercenary forces. Perhaps the company's only weakness is its limited production capabilities, which make its models somewhat rare and difficult to obtain.

This German excavation equipment company was one of the first non-aligned Vertical Tank manufacturers to produce combat platforms for the Hai Shi Dao conflict. Currently they only produce two designs, the assault model Siegeszug and the indomitable Earthshaker. Both models were designed with high durability and extraordinary defensive powers in mind. The Right Brothers have obtained exclusive contracts to purchase and field these models.

The Right Brothers self-produced the majority of their Vertical Tanks out of necessity during the first few years of the Hai Shi Dao conflict. All of their platforms are both innovative and highly practical, as well as being economically viable and easy to produce. Although lacking defensively when compared to the comparable designs fielded by the Hai Shi Dao or the Pacific Rim Forces, Right Brothers designs make up for this in cunning platform design and armament choices. In particular, the ability to mount the Marker Launcher on all of these VTs gives them a distinct advantage when deployed intelligently.
