TACTICAL SIGNIFIGANCE
Unable to stop the invading PRF divisions from breaching the defenses along the Xin Feng Tian corridor, Hai Shi Dao defenders prepared to repel a direct assault on the capitol city itself. Numerous reserve battalions were called up and deployed along the southward approach plain and within the city proper, hoping to make the capture of the capitol very costly for the PRF aggressors. In a move as yet unprecedented in the conflict, Elite Capitol Guard divisions of Regal Dress A and N units were brought forward to reinforce the standard military units and aerial deployed Juggernaut tactical squads were on high alert.
Hai Shi Dao command and governmental bodies were evacuated prior to the arrival of PRF forward units, and much of the populace had long since fled the beseiged city.
MISSION PROFILE
Xin Feng Tian is a sprawling city scape which extends all the way to the back of the playable map area. Attackers start on the elevated plain to the south and defenders have several base choices within the city itself. All of the buildings within the city are destructible, but will not yield any points. Throughout the city there are several small hills, which in combination with the city buildings can limit visibility.
Defender Objective: Destruction of attacker VTs, capture enemy bases and deprive them of Sortie Points
