TACTICAL SIGNIFIGANCE
The Right Brothers had maintained their seperatist state borders throughout the conflict, but dwindling resources had forced the faction military commanders to perform numerous raids on surrounding HSD and PRF held territories. Yu Jai Woodlands had been the staging area for several Right Brothers divisions, strategically located in the Mei Lai river delta.
Repeated Hai Shi Dao reconnaissance probes had succesfully located the RB encampment. In June of 2085, a massive Hai Shi Dao force entered the Yu Jai Woodlands intent on eliminating the RB threat. The HSD buildup did not go unnoticed by PRF intelligence. Seeking to make a single crushing blow against the massed enemy, amphibious PRF divisions and Jaralaccs mercenaries were landed on the northern coast and moved rapidly inland. Yu Jai Woodlands would be the theatre of some of the most intense battles in the conflict.
MISSION PROFILE
Yu Jai Woodlands consists of a densely forested island/penninsula surrounded on three sides by an impassible river. Bridges allow access to the north and south shore, which are the locations of the defender and attacker bases, respectively. The central island has several variations in terrain elevation which can make reticule sweeping difficult, often resulting in surprise encounters with enemy units.
Defender Objective: Destruction of attacker VTs, capture enemy bases and deprive them of Sortie Points
Attacker Objective: Destruction of defender VTs, capture enemy bases and deprive them of Sortie Points
Possible Non-VT Targets
JH-151 Attack Helicopter (+5pts)
