TACTICAL SIGNIFIGANCE
After the mututal slaughter of forces at the San Kuchen Subterranean Fortress, both Hai Shi Dao and Pacific Rim Forces military leaders wanted to avoid a prolonged underground room-to-room battle for control of the Nan Jiang Factory. To this end, the primary targets for each faction were the power generators at each end of the bilateral base. Disabling the ability to generate defensive power would allow each faction to control base sector access, effectively containing the opposing faction.

MISSION PROFILE
The last of the indoor missions is also the largest of the subterranean fortress type. The bilateral fortress is fairly open and easy to navigate when compared to the other underground missions. The four corners of the mission are resident to destructible generators, two each for attacker and defender sides. The generators are destroyed in three stages and have a durability of 4000 (the same as a Prominence M3 VT), requiring several salvoes from a main weapon to be fully eliminated. The destruction of a generator debits 100 Sortie Points from the opposing side.

The central neutral base area is the quickest path to reach the opposite side of this mission, but results in attacking forces having the potential of being surrounded on reaching the other side. There are numerous doors which require the use of a manipulator arm to open, which can delay an attacking force and alert defenders to their location.

Defender Objective: Destruction of attacker generators, destruction of attacker VTs, capture of bases.

Attacker Objective: Destruction of defender generators, destruction of defender VTs, capture of bases.

Although balanced, this mission can often end quickly if an enemy team gets into the generator room area. The loss of a generator plus the capture of a nearby base will result in a loss of 150 sortie points, often enough to result in a loss in a limited 3v3 player scenario.
