 Name  Site  Description
Steel Battalion Central  site The single most comprehensive English language site for Steel Battalion and Line of Contact information. At its peak, the site was receiving thousands of hits a day and had a forum membership of over 5000 active members. Currently offline for an unspecified period.
SteelBattalion.org  site Current home to the largest remaining English language SB community. Providing walkthroughs for the original game, a well established forum community and site sponsored tournaments.
Tekki.jp  site A fairly comprehensive SB and SB:LOC website created to provide supplemental information to both games. Occasional updates from the game developer appear here first but there have been no major content updates since June of 2004. Warm up the Babelfish translator because this site is only available in Japanese.
Capcom SB:LOC @ EU  site A nifty little Flash based site with several sets of official screenshots, wallpapers and a very cool design. Way to go Capcom EU! Occassional information updates seem to trickle down here from the Tekki.jp site.
Steel Battalion @ Capcom USA  site A rather pathetic "informational" page that just happens to be part of the order process for purchasing the original Steel Battalion directly from Capcom. It does offer a few standard screenshots and concept art from the original game and Line of Contact. Has not received an update since the original release date.
Komatsu Peace Memorial Hall  site A Japanese fansite setup as a "rememberance hall" to the lost heroes of the Hai Shi Dao conflict. The site is in Japanese but has some very good content if you are patient and don't mind reading it through the lense of Babelfish.
7th Special Panzer Division  site A French Steel Battalion fansite. Quite detailed and with a very nice design. They offer MP3s of the original game boombox tracks and French language forums.
lineofcontact.de  site A German Steel Battalion fansite and clan space. Regularly updated with German SB community events and information. German language forums are available for both discussion and experience/stories, as well as various informational posts and tutorials. A special feature of the site is the Event Calendar which lets the limited German language community plan mission times.
Stray Dogs  site A group Japanese gamers (a clan) that somehow got special recognition from tekki.jp A truly phenomenal set of players, their site offers discussions of strategies and tactics for Line of Contact. In Japanese only, of course.
Unofficial SB.UK Site  site An unofficial UK based fansite for Steel Battalion and Line of Contact offering forums, walkthroughs, and general information.
Tekki Database  site A Japanese fansite offering a large amount of information for both the original Steel Battalion and Line of Contact. A massive amount of replay movies are available for those with a large amount of bandwidth and patience, including hi-res walkthrough videos for all missions of the original game.
GameFAQs LOC  site The forums over at GameFAQs for Line of Contact. Not terribly informative, but occassionaly fun to point and laugh at.
Steel-Battalion.net  site UDPATE MAY.01.2005: This site appears to be offline
An unofficial fansite offering basic Steel Battalion and Line of Contact information and forums. For a while the "SB on PC" project was being developed by several members there but it seems to be rather quiet at the moment.
