	Dawn of the 3rd Age April 21, 2010 Hello all, NemVitzh here. About a week ago on April 15th, Microsoft finally pulled the plug on the original Xbox Live servers. This ended a 7-year run of the groundbreaking service and, of course, took much of LOC's functionality with it. I and about 13 others embraced the last day of LIVE by playing a few last matches. Videos featuring a few of the games can be found here, here, and here. Although the loss of Xbox Live is just another chink in the vitzh-thin armor of Line of Contact, I can personally attest to the fact that ALL IS NOT LOST! LAN tunneling services such as XLink Kai and XBConnect are still options allowing us to play LOC over the internet. A few dedicated players are slowly working through connection issues, and I'm confident we will all someday be able to return to the fight!
