You can help us determine the cause and extent of the problem by giving us some information about your Internet Connection and what you’ve experienced in playing the game. Turn on your Xbox without a disc inserted. 2. In the main menu of the dashboard select "Settings" and press the A button. 3. Now select "Network Setting" and press the A button. 4. Highlight to the last option, it should read "Connect" and press the A button. 5. It should now perform a test.
